The cleaning started a bit late due to some delays from previous jobs; however, once she arrived to the property, she did an outstanding job cleaning the areas we required help with. We asked her to help us cleaning the toilet, kitchen (inc oven) & living room and I can only say they are spotless. She took a decent amount of time on each of them and it definitely shows. Communication could have been slightly better, perhaps letting me know 10 - 20min in advance she was running late? But apart from that, overall, I am very pleased with Susan's work.
